We are thrilled to announce that Sonya Hemopo, SMK Bespoke Facials and Grooming Room, Association Member and NZ Student of the Year 2017/2018, has done it again! She has been awarded the Spark Stella Business Award for Best Customer Experience in Beauty.
The Stella Awards is a customer experience training and awards programme, developed by Towncentre Taupo and the Taupo District Chamber of Commerce & Industry. The programme is aimed at lifting the standards of customer service in the Taupo region. Congratulations, Sonya!
